Fee for lunch: $35
Meeting registration fee if not purchasing lunch: $10 (payable at door.) Notify registrar at mwfcreservations@gmail.com.
Reservations for lunch and payment are due 8 days before the scheduled meeting.

$35 Check payable to MWFC, mailed to P.O. Box 432, Moorpark, CA 93020
If paying online, the cost is $35 plus a $2 processing fee for a total of $37.
Please notify the registrar at mwfcmtgreservations@gmail.com if you have paid for your lunch with PayPal so she can add you to the attendance list.
